Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
Our products are made to order, which typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill. After production, shipping times depend on your location:
- Europe: 6–8 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the location that can fulfill it most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees. These are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to inquire about the package.
- Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
If you cannot locate your package, and the delivery address was correct, please contact us at contact@herdaily-glow.shop with your order number.
If you find that there was an error in the delivery address, we can arrange a replacement, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per EU consumer protection laws. Please refer to our Right of Withdrawal section below for more details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us at contact@herdaily-glow.shop within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
We will promptly review your request and either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Beyza Demircan, Münsterstraße 31, 49525 Lengerich, Germany, contact@herdaily-glow.shop) via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the provided withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for a non-standard delivery method chosen by you), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return. The goods must be returned to us at your expense within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
Note:
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer size or color exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart available on the product page.
In rare cases, if you receive an item that is mislabeled, please contact us at contact@herdaily-glow.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will replace the mislabeled item or issue a refund.
